Rules, Regulations, and Legal Fine Print
Award entry participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to take part in CAMP’s Marketing Awards (“Award”). To be eligible for the Award, you must submit your materials for nomination in the following manner:
You warrant and represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
You have authorization to act on behalf of your Company when submitting Content for nomination.
You warrant and represent that your Company has the ownership rights in and/or permission to use any Content submitted in your entry to the Awards.
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations in connection with your participation in the Awards.
You must be either a citizen of Canada, or work with a company who operates in Canada.
Entry materials must be submitted through the relevant online entry form. You must provide complete URLs for links to WEBSITES, VIDEO files, AUDIO files, as well as links to relevant blogs, social media, etc.
Please follow the website instructions when submitting your Content which includes entering the name of your company, your company address, phone number, email address, and any other information, as requested, to register for your chance to win.
All Award entry submissions must be received by the Entry Deadline of July 22, 2016. Any Content submitted and/or received by CAMP after the Entry Deadline will automatically be disqualified and will not be eligible for Award participation.
You may submit multiple entries for nominations within the different Awards category, but you must fill out one form per entry.
Content you are submitting must have been developed between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016. Descriptive fields are limited to 5,000 CHARACTERS.
All participants must make payment of $45 +HST Canadian Dollars for members (after the early bird deadline where the entry cost is $30 + HST), $125 + HST for non-members (early bird price is $100 + HST), and $225 +HST Canadian Dollars for non-members for each Award entry submitted. Payment is due by credit card or Paypal at the time of entry.
Please note, by submitting a nomination, you are giving the Canadian Association of Marketing Professionals (CAMP) permission to use Content provided to promote the awards program via online and offline promotions channels.
The Canadian Association of Marketing Professionals (CAMP) reserves the right to extend the Entry Deadline at any time in order to increase participation of our Marketing Awards.
Finalists in each category will be chosen by CAMP’s award committee and specially selected Jury. Our Jury consists of marketing experts and practitioners of all types, including, but not limited to, academics, senior marketing leaders, and CMOs. Our Jury will be announced by September 30, 2016. Award winners will be announced at CAMP’s Award’s Gala on November 2, 2016.
CAMP reserves the right, at our discretion, to make changes to the awards categories, regulations, and rules when necessary in ensuring a fair and balanced approach to our marketing awards.
