much of consumers daily lives, the brand experience is improving by removing humans more and more. Data-driven interactions are moving to the front of the line and brands and organizations need to understand how fast this is occurring. Attendees will learn by viewing examples of chatbots and conversational interfaces that are state of the art.
Stephen Ghigliotty is a marketing professional with award-winning performance in branding, product development and digital advertising. He is the Lead Certificate Developer and Instructor for three courses in Multimedia Storytelling and Omni-channel Content Marketing at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
Currently, Stephen is working on several projects that connect the physical and online world through mobile marketing technologies via place-based networks. He has experience across multiple business sectors, with a specialization in pharmaceutical, technology, consumer packaged goods and automotive brands. He is also a go-to expert for social media, digital-out-of-home, interactive and content marketing.
