Social Media specialists Michelle Oliveira and Perry Monaco advise on how best to leverage LinkedIn. Their presentations will provide personal profile tips, explain company pages and how to use them, interpret LinkedIn analytics, and provide definitive answers on recruiting with LinkedIn.

Michelle Oliveira is the founder of www.marketingyourbusiness.ca, a project management marketing consulting company serving small and mid-sized businesses.
Leveraging her 22 years of experience in Marketing Communications, she manages overall marketing plans for clients including both on and offline communications. Her clients vary from custom home builders to lawyers to community complexes.
Michelle is one of two Directors of Marketing at CAMP until the fall where she will move into the role of Director of Education and Training in which CAMP will develop mentorship programs, an accreditation process and education and training programs for CAMP members. Michelle enjoys her yearly trips to Lakehead University to teach LinkedIn 101 to Masters Students and has also taught at Seneca College in the past.

Perry Monaco leads the Customer Service Organisation in Canada for LinkedIn, as well as a team of Customer Success Managers focused on Customer Success activity in a pre-sales function in the USA.
These teams are responsible for building social media strategies for Talent Acquisition leaders around the world leveraging the confluence of technology, marketing and recruitment to connect people with opportunities around the world, at a massive scale. His teams focus on the end user to manage retention, customer experience and account growth through customer success planning.
Perry was one of the first 4.5 million members of LinkedIn and was previously a recruiter before helping to build the Customer Success practice at LinkedIn. To register email mira@canadianmarketer.ca.
