Getting to Yes in a Social Media World – September 27, 2017 Ryerson University Student Learning Centre (SLC) Floor 5 – Room 516
Getting to YES in Today’s business environment represents an interesting challenge. Boomers and Millennials currently purchase most goods and services in Canada, yet have very different ways of making decisions and exhibit different buying behaviours. At the same time, “digital” has become the new norm. As companies seek to satisfy the needs of both audiences, establishing trust and credibility through social media platforms has become as critical to your brand building process as other online activities – and all needing to dovetail with more traditional marketing communications vehicles, where appropriate.
This presentation offers a few tips on how to use social media effectively to be heard above the clamoring hordes – in ways that work for boomers and millennials, for both B2B and B2C clients.
